Benjamin Zambrano Sr. – Founder
Living the American Dream: working hard and becoming part of the fabric of America. I came here in 1974 with nothing but the clothes on my back pursuing a better future. I knew with hard work, dedication, and persistence I would one day have a business of my own. I have been working in the foundation repair business since 1976 and my dream was made a reality when I started my own business in 1986.
I am retired now. I’m still involved with the business but I have left the day-to-day operations with my son, Raul Zambrano, who is now the presiding President/Owner. All of my sons have gone through extensive training, and now have decade’s worth of combined experience, and have followed me in the family business.

I have been working in the foundation repair business since 1994, and with over 24 years of foundation repair experience, I have seen it all. I started out in the trenches and worked as a labor before becoming a project foreman. Now I am joining the consulting team. Hope to see you soon.

I was born, raised, and educated in Illinois. Most of my life experience is in the construction industry.
